The CASE SiteWatch telematics system uses an advanced control unit mounted on the machine to collate information from the unit and GPS satellites. The data is sent wirelessly through the mobile communication networks to the CASE Telematics Web Portal.

The SiteWatch™ server collects, compiles and stores 18 months of data, allowing you to analyze trends.

 

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What is Telematics?
Telematics is the integrated use of telecommunications and information processing. The hardware module collects data from a machine’s systems and transmits the information over the air so it can be reviewed remotely.
Yes. The CASE system transfers information through the mobile communication networks. If a signal is not available, the device collects and stores your data then forwards it when it becomes available.
Yes. A Universal Install Kit is available.
Yes. The Universal Dealer Install Kit will work on vehicles such as service trucks.
Yes. The SiteWatch™ modem features an input/output port on that allows for additional monitoring – for example, when grease from a hammer auto-lube needs to be refilled.
No, all features are available on CASE machines whether if it is a factory fit or an aftermarket installation.
Yes, this can easily be done on the SiteWatch portal.
Training isn’t necessary. The portal is very intuitive, and help is available online.
Yes. The dealer has the authority to access the data, as defined by contract. This is to your benefit, as it enables better servicing planning and fast action.
The portal can be accessed on a computer or a mobile device with an Internet connection.
